Based on your symptoms and goals, lab work may be ordered at your initial visit and reviewed at your first follow-up visit.

Yes, many treatment plans will be prescribed at your initial visit. Other treatments, like testosterone, can be added after lab work is reviewed.

Follow-up visits are generally scheduled every 3-6 months based on your individualized treatment plan. If you love your treatment plan, a quick check-in and prescription refill might be all you need. An annual follow-up visit per year is needed to continue your treatment plan.

Most prescriptions will be called into your pharmacy of choice. Some specialty formulations will be available at partnering compounding pharmacies.

ICONA Health does not participate with insurance. Insurance will not be billed for any Services provided to the Member by ICONA Health. ICONA Health is not a participating provider with any third-party payor and will not submit claims or seek reimbursement or payment for Services from any third-party payor. The Member will be solely responsible for payment for all Services rendered.

Under current federal regulations, ICONA Health is unable to provide services to patients who are enrolled in Medicare.
