  • Based on your symptoms and goals, lab work may be ordered at your initial visit and reviewed at your first follow-up visit.

  • Yes, many treatment plans will be prescribed at your initial visit.  Other treatments, like testosterone, can be added after lab work is reviewed.

  • Follow-up visits are generally scheduled every 3-6 months based on your individualized treatment plan.  If you love your treatment plan, a quick check-in and prescription refill might be all you need.  An annual follow-up visit per year is needed to continue your treatment plan. 

  • Most prescriptions will be called into your pharmacy of choice.  Some specialty formulations will be available at partnering compounding pharmacies. 

  • ICONA Health does not participate with insurance. Insurance will not be billed for any Services provided to the Member by ICONA Health. ICONA Health is not a participating provider with any third-party payor and will not submit claims or seek reimbursement or payment for Services from any third-party payor. The Member will be solely responsible for payment for all Services rendered.

  • Under current federal regulations, ICONA Health is unable to provide services to patients who are enrolled in Medicare.

  • Yes, you can use your FSA/HSA debit card for payment.
